My overall experience has been positive because we have focused on team building through fun activities, bbq's, potlucks, and meetings. We use a variety of meeting options to engage all our team members.

It's very different from work that I've done before, but I enjoy seeing how my role fits in with the overall mission and goals. I love working with a diverse group of people here, and I think there's lots of room for career growth for me here.
