Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always there to help and if you don't know something they lead you in the right direction to learn and train you
My manager was incredible. Every other person in a leadership role was either average or incompetent.
Poor management overall. High turnover.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The work environment is very catty. Supervisors with no leadership training that don't know how to coach/talk to their team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Comission with a strong salary allows me to bring in as much money as i can if i work hard.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
By making promises that are not kept. We are offered a performance bouns, but I worked here for several months before I was told and I had to ask to recieve it. I am still waiting on my hiring bonus!!
Undervalued because the amount of work did not match the pay. Would have been better if offered a fair compensation and raises.
They do not value the employees who have been there for a long time. Someone who's been there for 15 years barely makes more than someone who started 15 minutes ago.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all there to help each other
Motivated individuals that want to bring quality service
A great place to work. My local team seems to fnd away to come together and get things done. Would like to get paid on time.
The people I worked with were great. Nice and hardworking
The people I work with are nice, we are all in the same boat so to speak, as far as pay and how management treats us.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team I work on is very immature and catty and cliquish. Very childish.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The atmosphere is full of joy and always doing something for the holidays
As an outside seller the managment team isnt always hounding you which helps to focus on making more sales.

Pay associates on time and give more support to local management.
The company does not value it's workers enough and it shows.
