My manager was incredible. Every other person in a leadership role was either average or incompetent.
Poor management overall. High turnover.
The work environment is very catty. Supervisors with no leadership training that don't know how to coach/talk to their team.
Comission with a strong salary allows me to bring in as much money as i can if i work hard.

By making promises that are not kept. We are offered a performance bouns, but I worked here for several months before I was told and I had to ask to recieve it. I am still waiting on my hiring bonus!!
Undervalued because the amount of work did not match the pay. Would have been better if offered a fair compensation and raises.
They do not value the employees who have been there for a long time. Someone who's been there for 15 years barely makes more than someone who started 15 minutes ago.
