I got lucky being at the branch I was at. The people inside there were great. But Galls as a company is not worth your time or effort.

The branch environment was positive. The company environment was negative
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company does not value it's workers enough and it shows.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager was incredible. Every other person in a leadership role was either average or incompetent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued because the amount of work did not match the pay. Would have been better if offered a fair compensation and raises.
