
Gallup has a pretty solid interview process; it starts with a talent assessment to see if you have the right talent for the job, then you get to meet with your future team. There's a lot of thought and energy that goes into hiring, and the recruiters are all very friendly and helpful.

The interview process is lengthy but it's because Gallup takes the time to get to know each candidate and their unique talents. By understanding a person's talents, they're able to determine if a candidate would be a good fit for the role, the team and the culture.
