What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a pretty flat structure; there's not a lot of hierarchy. The leadership team is very open and approachable.

My manager is personable and motivates our team to do more. I haven't gotten to know much about the executive team but look forward to learning more.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock in 401k and more
The flexible work environment and bonus structure.
I am part time so this isn't as applicable
It's competitive and reflective of my contributions.
Uncapped performance pay. No golden handcuffs or tenure requirement to achieve higher levels of compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is not competitive. Benefits are mediocre. Total rewards does not reflect the labor market.
A rise in pay in line with the market

What are some of the best things about your team?
Very hard working and competent
They care about the success of each other and the success of the people we are helping.
I work with really smart team members who are all committed. We have a lot of fun together too.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Gallup has a pretty solid interview process; it starts with a talent assessment to see if you have the right talent for the job, then you get to meet with your future team. There's a lot of thought and energy that goes into hiring, and the recruiters are all very friendly and helpful.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CEO needs to retire and make room for fresh ideas and innovation
The CEO and leaders are family and this shows clearly in our struggles to grow. Lacking ideas, risk averse. Need fresh blood.
