Executive Bio

Mr. Daniel Norselli, also known as Dan, has been President of Rochester Democrat & Chronicle at Gannett Co., Inc since August 1, 2016. Mr. Norselli has been the President and Publisher of Springfield News-Leader and Baxter Bulletin at TEGNA Inc. since December 2014 and in October 2015, moved back to Rochester and was named vice president of sales. Mr. Norselli has been President and Publisher of Gannett Missouri Publishing, Inc. since December 2014. He started his career with Gannett in 2012 in Rochester as digital director. In 2013, he was promoted to senior digital and retail director. Mr. Norselli was a Global Strategic Sales Director for Monster Worldwide, Inc., oversaw sales for all digital products and services. He served as Regional Sales Director for Saber Design & Analysis, a Siemans Reseller. He has also worked as field sales manager for Autodraft, Inc., an Autodesk resller and Vector Marketing, as pilot sales manager and branch manager. He was awarded the Gannett Chairman Award. He has a Bachelor of Science in Leadership from Northeastern University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
