I was looked over for a major raise while the managers made special raises for certain individuals.also when the raises came in 2022 certain employees were given grade 5 pay running grade 4 machines but only certain employees
Never received a proper job description and have an unclear role and career path.
If I compare to others across europe at my level, I am underpaid. Pay jumps between levels are very large between C level, Level 1 to Level 3.

The commercial structure between Ingersoll Rand and Gardner Denver should be totally separate, factories can and should be unified, but the commercial departments should be separated at the risk of one brand being privileged over another.
