Overall a great company to work for the pay I receive. I have worked for Gates 5 years and I am definitely comfortable with the job I do daily. Some days are stressful but for the most part it's a great job to work for. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone.

It has it's pros and cons. It has been a long lasting company but values have taken a dive. There's no more morale. Upper level management needs to be cycled out in favor of more friendly and business minded people that want to take care of their employees.

Favortism. Is really bad at gates on both shifts

dont work too hard, hard work is not recognized.

I enjoy that they understand that someday are just cram packed with other tasks that need to be done besides the tasks they give for you to do.

Monty needs to go he's going to get the company sued

Everything at that plant isnt fair and they pick and choose who they want to write up and Target.

Less favortism recegnize hard sincer workers who get bad the same as all the sluffers

To be able to receive it fully on a regular basis as I am supposed to our payroll is messed up more than this correct, productivity bonus in not possible to hit with our work conditions

Upper management needs replaced you cant make changes for the better when people running the show are the reason for the problem

Loading and unloading trucks and meeting new people. Getting all the work done is always a challenge but I always successfully get my work done before the night ends no matter what.
