It was scheduled at a time that was convenient, for the both of us. Consisted of a personable questions.
It was very very fast
The manager at the time wanted to invest in me and answer all questions i had for him. Made me feel he had great intentions. He no longer works there after 22 years

Looking back at a project and seeing it done.
Learning new information and successfully accomplishing tasks.
Knowing i can train others who see potential in themselves
