What makes you most happy at work?
Diversity of work experience. Employees are able to pursue a multitude of careers and identify their own career path with supportive mangement.
I enjoy helping others and know that my efforts are appreciated by my colleagues and Manager. I am able to contribute at a high level and offer suggestions for improvement and feel heard and supported.
When individuals succeed, then we all get to share in the accomplishment because we all work together.
Knowing I am making a difference in someone else's life. If I am helping other companies to support their customers, then their customers are happier and that makes me feel like I am part of something greater than myself. I love to contribute and know I am making a difference.
Seeing an impact! I like to know that I am helping my colleagues the same way they help me. If they succeed, I like to know that I am a part of that success. I get acknowledgement when I do the right things and feedback if I need to pivot. I feel respected and trusted.
