Benefits is not fully covered and there is no staff appreciation.

The person who is interviewing does not have the proper qualifications.

Workers are underpaid and overworked. Not appreciated as well, beinh ruled by Portugals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The site that I work with has very friendly clients and they appreciate my job compared to the managers of the company who doesn't know how to appreciate their staff
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team needs to be appreciative of their staff since the workers are the front liners and doing the dirty job. A little good job goes a long way. Senior manager Flora Araulo will go to the site to find fault at the workers and will talk to them rudely. She's so inhuman.
