GE Healthcare Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

There is a bonus at the end of the year except this year when our division lost money

Generally very good in the market

Medical insurance and some facilities

The Pay and benifits are best

Review from Engineering Dept

The perks. I get a company car, company credit card, $100/day in food compensation while traveling and get to book my own flights/hotels.

The 401k match is the best I've seen from any company. Also, the paternity leave benefits are amazing.

pay is competitive and helping me achieve new heights

Salary and end of year bonus

is according the local market

Commission structure, which is still very challenged because while the senior team wants you to think that you have unlimited income potential, there are built-in speed bumps to slow the train of income

overall compensation package and salary

Merit raises and bonuses plus the benifits are great frlm your intial hire date.

Review from Product Dept

Salary, commision, and company car are the best aspects

Annual bonus and permissive leave

Bonus targets are generally reasonable

Review from Operations Dept

The bonus rate provided to me is very appealing and the basic salary is very fair

Everything is good except insurance

paid time off is unlimited allowing for great flexibility

Work from home. Good benefits.

Package is at fair market value and continuously motivates

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I never take sick time or lay out been loyal for 25 years. Cant take any time off last 2 weeks of every quarter and get the AX . Its discrimating because most are getting it close to retirement age

Review from Sales Dept

GEHC is open about salaries being lower than average in the industry

Better pay for what's being asked

Better benefits - more affordable healthcare plans, better office perks, any perks would be nice (gym stipend, commuter stipend, etc) If you're going to force employees back into the office, make it worth it.

Pay more. Much more. Retain your talent.

GE need to align on the market for SW engineers

Lousiest company to work for

Not equitable with the industry...they feel we should be privileged to be working here

Transparency in salary is needed. Better 401k company matching. Current metrics are not relevant

Add another 22 dollars per hour

Review from Engineering Dept

Extra hours are not paid :/, I during the Covid-19 crisis, we needed to do these extra hours.

Review from Operations Dept

For the amount of responsibilities and quality work completed day in day out, I would feel better if I got a 15% increase in compensation.
