GE Renewable Energy Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's alright. No complaints so far. I believe I'm getting a good compensation compared to market standards.

Review from Engineering Dept

Health Insurance, Dental plan,Private pension

Review from Operations Dept

The vehicle, private pension and health plan

Review from Operations Dept

Doing what I like and having a voice.

Review from Operations Dept

STI bonus as the on top of salary bonus; for involvement considers experience and intellectual knowledge for technical, optimizations and people leadership.

Review from Operations Dept

I work for the salary.

Review from Operations Dept

Bonus implementation is the best part.

Review from Executive Dept

Bonus and company match for 401K

Review from Customer Support Dept

The base salary is fair

Review from Operations Dept

any time without any excuse and completion of assign job with full customer satisfaction

Review from Product Dept

I don't get a compensation package - so my pay I guess

Review from Admin Dept

Sorry the others question does not let me give my opinion about salary, in my case I guess it must be higher than currently, Benefits are good but need to be more easy to get them at any time. About Compensation package is good but can be better.

Review from Engineering Dept

This question is not really applicable to me as no extra compensation than the basic pay...

Review from Engineering Dept

retirement tension, expect more salary and bonus

Review from Operations Dept

there are 13 month at least

Review from Engineering Dept

reflect to your contribution and work load

Review from Engineering Dept

The 401k is the best part of the plan

Review from Operations Dept

I havr no opinion here.

Review from Operations Dept

I have annual bonus but I think it could be better or at least more democratic.

Review from Operations Dept

The salary and healthcare benefits.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No salary increases at all, only for selected people. Salary bands were ignored

Review from Engineering Dept

Cost of Living that keeps pace annually, merit increases that are truly about Merit

Review from HR Dept

Benefits are different comparing Legacy GE and legacy Alstom employees. Not fair. Competitors and customer are paying better.

Review from Operations Dept

Clear communication on salary and incentive policies

Review from Operations Dept

Harassment for the work done that is bread and butter for business. Manager thinks it like a Scrap. No value given to existing employees Work. Concerns are not taken. Manager is doing Time passing. Leadership taken critical work that has more customer base. but my manager says scrap.

Review from Engineering Dept

All the announcements about pension freeze, pay freeze, bonus constraints makes me feel undervalued. if you compensate people rightly for their work put in, that should make me feel better. Pl . look at the amends made by Goldman Sachs and other in compensating their workforce.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I believe that there should be better variable pay based on the value we create for the business. The salary freeze is also being acutely felt because of inflation and the rise if cost of living.

Review from HR Dept

We're taking more tasks each day with no role-compatible attribution adjustments and no promotions.

Review from Operations Dept

Specific technical training for function and salary improvement.

Review from Engineering Dept

Market alignment with regard to salary and better. flexible work options

Review from Communications Dept

need to consider the capability .

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits such a permissive time and flexibility are excellent. I feel pay is lagging compared to the market relative to the value I provide.

Review from Engineering Dept

I don't feel undervalued personally but considering my workload and my commitment, I expect a salary increase in the coming months.

Review from Communications Dept

Hike & market correction of salary (Which is long pending) would make me feel better and motivated.

Review from Engineering Dept

We are working a lot. Top managers have very high salary but we work as much as them. After taxes what we get in our pocket is very low.

Review from IT Dept

I feel that I am not being rewarded according to my contribution to the business. And according to the market competition. It is more about cost savings for the business versus the cost benefit analysis that I bring to team. It is also the size of the responsibility that I undertake against my peers

Review from Operations Dept

the salary range is below the market range

Review from Engineering Dept

I am in higher level in my new role, but there was no salary increase, however on the same level the people earn more than me.

Review from Finance Dept

There is culture of working in silos and too much focus on people at HQ. Regions and functions outside HQ are valued less. The pending salary rise in 2021 should be cleared considering high inflation in many countries.

Review from Marketing Dept

Be remunerated in accordance with market level and not promised an approved salary increase then not not delivered
