Review from Engineering Dept

I work on something different/ new every day. My work involves ideating and creativity.

Review from Communications Dept

everyday is a new day, everyday I learn something new, everyday brings a new challenge...

Review from Engineering Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Take care of the employees, provide modern work environment, change management

Review from Engineering Dept

Climbing rules, safety. Do not skip installation checklist steps. Site manager lead by example. Nowadays, site managers are full of technical and management knowledge.

Review from Operations Dept

Work is not identified and appreciated. There is no career growth path defined , no idea what's gonna next exciting thing

Review from Engineering Dept

Last 5 years no growth for existing employees or no market correction. But management taken new employees with same skill set and experience with double the package of Existing one. Political aspect: org change happens managers has growth-> mail came to all employee don't have hikes.

Review from Engineering Dept

We are aware of the impacts of the pandemic, we are following people leaving the company for lack of motivation and we employees taking on more and more tasks, it is becoming unsustainable. We are getting more and more stressed every day, having to use medicines and therapies.

Review from Operations Dept

compensation corresponding to workload and contribution could be improved more or less.

Review from Engineering Dept

Stop creating support that nobody cares

Review from Communications Dept

the challenges presented are not always about innovation and new, but issues that have been seen again and again

Review from Engineering Dept

Sometimes the rules are too stiff. And if you would like to reach out something it takes too much time.

Review from Finance Dept

Honesty and Transparency with both staff and customers

Review from Operations Dept

Wrong - bureaucracy; mentality to satisfy their manager Improvement - Equality based on performance; Bottom-Top feedback for considerations; Bench marking our own performances to stop bleeding

Review from Sales Dept

Lack of support and resources to do our jobs. We are so lean that we can't execute RFQ's in a 3 weeks period. To much time being Project manager, expeditor and resolution mediator given the lack of help. Everyone is stretched to the breaking point.

Review from Sales Dept

More workload and increased turnover so less people to help

Review from Operations Dept

recognition and listening; work environment

Review from Engineering Dept

Employees are undervalued. There is lack of recognition, more responsibilities but no promotions, people with less experience getting promoted ahead of those with more experience, no room for growth and lack of raises.

Review from Sales Dept

insecurity about the futur of the department and the company, when will be the next lay off plan ?

Review from Operations Dept

The division in which I work gives the impression of one that is being wound down, I give it a year at the most. Experienced engineers are leaving and not being replaced. Junior engineers are not being recruited or trained. Quality is viewed as an overhead rather than a core activity.

Review from Engineering Dept

The lack of visibility of future workload is worrying. Inclusion could be improved

Review from Engineering Dept

GE's lack of self awareness. Never enough time, never enough money. We still rely on the old foundation: IT constricts technology rather than leveraging technology; Sales targets rather than profit targets; ROI in 12 months vs. long term strategy.

Review from Business Development Dept

Employees feel demotivated. More recognition from senior management, and acknowledgement when a job is well done.
