Terrible service after 5 hours waiting

They can improve their service and response time. I'm pretty sure that the support is outsourced to somewhere in south Asia (India I think), and the agents just go through the motions when working on your issue. They also don't seem very knowledgeable and clearly perform the repairs steps by rote.

slow phone service and in store repair
