What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?A company thats so concerned about work culture, but thats because there isn't already a set one in place. If you always have to talk about how great the culture is and what makes it so great its because it does not exist yet. Creating a good culture meeans there isn't one in place.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Medical dental and vision fully covered by $500/month allowance towards your benefits
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Phone call followed with zoom HR, then in-person lunch with CEO. Interview went long because CEO likes to talk about himself and how great of a job he has done at turning the company around. He also asks personal and bordeline intrusive questions for an interview and that don't relate to the job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?CEO focused on growth when there are operational concerns and lack of processes. Confused leadership and direction and a company with an employee growth more trajectory thats probably going to be bigger in India due to outsourcing tech
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? There is a culture of cliques and judgement and either you fit in or you dont.
