The best part is the pension which is nonexistent in most companies these days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Goal oriented and focused. Pushes the limits and capabilities of the company to show its full potential.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My direct team is great but the surrounding departments are much more difficult to work with. A culture has been brewed to effectively stop high level progress and maturity.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company grew too much too quickly. There are a lot of catch 22 related issues such as pushing to hire, though not having enough work to go around.
