Mr. Randall D. Mott, also known as Randy, has been the Chief Information Officer of General Motors Company since February 27, 2012 and has been its Senior Vice President of Global Information Technology since February 27, 2012. Mr. Mott has three decades of information technology experience. Prior to joining General Motors in 2012, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of HP Inc. (Hewlett-Packard Company) from July 11, 2005 to June 2011. Mr. Mott oversaw all application development, data management and data center operations and among other duties at Hewlett-Packard Company. He served as Vice President of Information Technology at General Motors Company since February 27, 2012. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Dell Inc. from 2000 to June 2005. From February 2000 to July 2005, Mr. Mott served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Dell Computer Corporation. Mr. Mott was responsible for managing Dell's global IT infrastructure, which included the backbone of its extensive Internet and web-based capabilities and enhanced IT executive talent and focused on global, scalable and common systems. Mr. Mott joined Dell, one of the world's leading enterprise systems companies in March 2000. He was responsible for managing Dell's global information technology infrastructure, including the backbone of its extensive Internet and Web-based capabilities. Mr. Mott spent 22 years with Wal-Mart Stores, where he held a variety of technical and management positions and earned a reputation for developing and implementing state-of-the-art retail and supply chain automation. He joined Wal-mart in 1978. Mr. Mott served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. from 1994 to June 2015. He serves as Co-Vice-Chairman of the Voluntary Inter-industry Commerce Standards Board. He has been a Director of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation since June 2015. He serves as a Advisory Board Member at InformationWeek. He served as Director of Fleming Companies Inc. since February 25, 2003. In 1997, InformationWeek named him Chief of the Year. In June 2007, he received the Roger Milliken Career Achievement Award from the Voluntary Interindustry Commerce Solutions Association for his dedication and contributions to enabling the retail and consumer-focused industries through the creation and implementation of supply chain standards and best practices. In 2005, he was named in the Fulbright College Alumni Academy as a Distinguished Alumni. Mr. Mott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
