I have not had a raise in 2 years, the admin turnover is frequent and I have only seen one employee eval in the years I have worked for them

Keep getting the run around about the sign on bonus one employee got it after 3 months it's been almost a year and still haven't gotten mine

Regular raises better benefits better treatment from management

For someone who is always on time, very hard working, hardly calling out and who is very dedicated to her job and her peers shiuks

Buildings around us pay at least 2-4 dollars more. My department works above and beyond what's expected, and yet we get no compensation to reflect our work.

Mostly due to treatment and being used any way they choose in hours worked and days and duties added any way they wsnt
