Better corporate management, more focus on worker

Again - fairness would help. Appreciation of employees and actual development.

the kitchen really has to do a better job, we have a bad reputation just about the food alone!

Stop paying inspectors off so place wont be full of needed repairs not happening . Stop putting bio hazard materials in regular garbage . Constant turn over year after year.

The headquarters need to do better

Community perception is very negative. Difficult to recruit.

Pushing admissions when staffing is at an all time low

No money is being put into the facility to make it better. There is no upkeep on the exterior or interior and everything is patched instead of fixed.

No staff equipment in disrepair no supplies to do job but management driving around in $70000 suvs

Nurses refusing patient care. Nurse aids who spend more time on their phone and smoking than patient care. Dishonesty in the workplace
