Stop paying inspectors off so place wont be full of needed repairs not happening . Stop putting bio hazard materials in regular garbage . Constant turn over year after year.
The headquarters need to do better
Community perception is very negative. Difficult to recruit.
Pushing admissions when staffing is at an all time low
No money is being put into the facility to make it better. There is no upkeep on the exterior or interior and everything is patched instead of fixed.
