Get respect from management, not demeaning comments about how worthless we are.

I have not had a raise in 2 years, the admin turnover is frequent and I have only seen one employee eval in the years I have worked for them

we don't get stock compensations. Only hourly pay

Start over - replace them

Some are great. Some are the rudest individuals I have ever encountered.

Some co-workers are wonderful. Some make me dread every day.

Fire management hire qualified professionals to run facility .

Appreciation and better compensation and benefits

Updated rooms for residents. Involved activities. Better food for them. Fix or replace broken stuff

not allowing click to have the power they have in running the center- if your not part of the click- you are an outsider and deemed an issue that needs resolved

We need staff that will show up. We need bonuses for shifts picked up. We need extra money when having to do splits between two units

Enough staffing , real professional people . Not play favorites with patients . I personally wont put my worse enemy in that facility .

Try returning phonecalls and not acting like you are doing me a favor by talking to me.

Actually interview the person and not feed person full false info

The prospective employee does 99 percent of the leg work.

the kitchen really has to do a better job, we have a bad reputation just about the food alone!

Stop paying inspectors off so place wont be full of needed repairs not happening . Stop putting bio hazard materials in regular garbage . Constant turn over year after year.
