I don't feel secure in my job if my metrics fall low due to lack of good jobs to fill. On a good day, I feel valued. On a bad day when metrics are low due to poor jobs to fill, I feel insecure about losing my job.

Commisions are great. For MEdical Benefits, there is still scope for better plans.

The commission plan, uncapped commission

A little bit. One on ones are hard to come by and when they do take place very little of the time is spent focused on my work what I am doing right versus what I need to do to get better. Surprised at which holidays we do and do not have off. Rewards and public praise also not consistent

Industry low salaries and an inferior commission structure. Compensation is not aligned with my value or the role/s I am asked to fil.

Incentive/Bonus should be Recurring , getting only 1 time bonus

401k match, more consistent raises

I feel as if I have done my best to show my true self and work my hardest to not have any progression or shown room for improvement
