Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've had challenges and more than a few bumps in the road, but that was more about dealing with the fallout from the Covid-related disconnect in networking opportunities. I've had to pivot and the company has provided me the support and tools to do so. I'd say that makes it a great experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly embrace the Be A Good Human philosophy. I feel like I have a family here.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when I am pursuing my passion and when I feel I am in a supportive environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a collective of entrepreneurs who believe that being a good human is the way to build lasting relationships.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that I am allowed to set my own margins, and that allows me to compete more effectively in multiple markets.

The simplest way to put it is, each of us are unique in our goals and abilities, and our executive team is invested in seeing that our unique shines in a way that supports our own and our company's goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is great; however, I really would like a Flex & HSA savings plan - it makes a huge difference w/ such large deductibles & out of pocket expenses. Would also like options for additional health coverage, even if I have to pay for it.

I came to Geneva Financial specifically for the culture. Home Loans Powered By and For Humans is a powerful message that is truly embraced by our leadership team - and corporate culture flows from the top down, as well as top-up. There is no better place to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I would say the best thing about the group of individuals I work with is that we allow each other Grace. Each of us will go through some thing at some point - and, where other companies will break you for that, we step up for each other.

I feel like I have a solid team behind me - and that makes all the difference. I can do my work with the confidence that everyone is invested in doing the right thing for our borrowers - and for each other. Sounds hokey, but it is true.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with clients to understand their financial issues and goals, and then helping to craft short and long term strategies to help them achieve those goals. I don't just do loans - I help people shape their future and I am here when and if they need to pivot and redirect. Love my work.
