I really appreciate that i get a bigger piece of the pie. It does make me feel important.

I appreciate that the team talks to the borrowers with patience as they are dealing with a very stressful situation.

just let me be me and answer my questions when i need them. feel like im being led to the future. and have the support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about our culture is that we from the top to the bottom i see that everyone has bought into and live the "be a good Human moto"
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy to go to work because I'm not going to have fight or argue all day. As a loan officer, i have worked may places that i feel like i have to fight for the clients all day everyday.
