I worked for banks for many years in this line of work. Leaving the previous bank I worked at for 10 years, and coming to Geneva was the best decision I ever made!

Cooperative, friendly, helpful. Everyone cooperates to get the job done.

The cooperation between everyone. Always able to get an answer to a question very quickly.

It's a team effort here! There is no shortage of resources or assistance if I have a question, or need help with something. Everyone if very responsive, and helpful!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay! When I left my previous employer, they asked me what Geneva offered. When I told them, I think they thought it was too good to be true, but it wasn't!!
What makes you most happy at work?
I just love it here! I've been in this business for several years, and as stated in previous answer, the cooperation, and resources go along way! Even though I work remote, I never feel like I'm out on an island by myself! Love everyone I work with, very friendly, and always in a good mood!
