What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No judgment. Everyone accepts everyone and is supportive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference and helping clients achieve ownership goals
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do invest in us and our growth. My complaint would be that there is no formal review or structure for such to know what to expect. No yearly recognition for longevity or feedback with merit raises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My original team was very active in chat. Always keeping things light and helping each other. With the recent change in leadership alignment that is no longer the case. My lead is great but there seems to have been a loss in the team spirit.
