Love the company morals. Things have been too slow lately and would like additional work to get through the day.

Getting in and getting done with work.

They are awesome and the team is supportive. Good collaboration.

Access to them. Being open and friendly and always willing to assist.

I love the people I work with and the company I work for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have a management team that supports me and shows me grace and kindness
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is good. I do not like that we switched to Cigna for health insurance.

The focus on being a good human and doing the right things benefit all of us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The comp is good and while insurance is on the spendy side it is a good plan.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Geneva provides work/life balance, direct contact with upper level management, and overall good humans. You really feel like you are family working for Geneva. There is a sense of ownership in all that we do.
