The Company even though relatively large in size, I think we have 800 employees, still retains a family feel. This is not an accident. The owners/CEO/COO address their employees as Geneva Family, that is a nice and rare feeling today.

It is a family environment from the CEO down, a very accepting and diverse culture that really believes in their, Be a good Human motto!

It is a very unique culture, extremely caring and very diverse oriented culture that encourage growth and success on a regular, basis and shows appreciation for their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is good but the Vacation and Holidays are lacking for work/home balance. Six Holidays and Two weeks a year is not very much, the State gives a mandatory week for sick days, and vacation has to come out of the 3 weeks given.
What makes you most happy at work?
Nice to work in an environment with no toxicity and drama, very positive and rewarding place to work. I love that it feels like a true work family, unlike a lot of giant corporations I have worked for where you feel unappreciated or even noticed or acknowledged.
