It's not uptight, you can still be comfortable and be yourself.

Not micro-managed and I love the team I work with at Geneva.

They are my friends and we hangout and work all day. Can't really beat that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay, overal benefits are ok. It would be nice to have a 401k match, that way more would invest and we wouldn't get checks back at the end of the year.
