You can reach out to management if you need something done and they never once complain about doing that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get paid pretty well while keeping the rates very low. Other companies corp takes a massive share of the revenue generated.
What makes you most happy at work?
I set my own goals and set my own pace. There is zero management breathing down my neck. If fact, I could go years and never get a call from management asking me to do something that was out of the norm.
