Highest comp by far from other institutions and the ability to earn from mortgage units but also focus on recruiting and eventually train to build a team of like-minded producers

Thp fact i run my own book of business an1d i can be creative and be myself with a great brand behind me and all the products the industry has to offer.
What did you like most about the interview process?
First time in my life being interviewed by a company's CEO. The fact he took the time to get to know me and give me the chance to ask my own questions is very appreciated.
