I am overjoyed with working at Geneva Financial. I made a sort of scary move by leaving my comfort-zone at Fairway Mortgage, but ever since day 1 of the interview process and speaking with Aaron and Breton over the phone, I knew that this was my new home for the rest of my career. I love being a part of the Geneva Financial culture and family. I feel as though this is a place where I can build a team and grow to new heights in my career. I'm upset at myself for taking so long to find Geneva Financial, but am so happy to be here for the long-haul.

My experience at Geneva Financial has been nothing short of extraordinary. From Day 1, I felt like part of the family and things only progressed and got better from there. My team is compiled of some of the best people on the planet and the company's leadership is 2nd to none. I love Geneva Fi!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission for a Loan Officer is the highest that I've personally seen in the industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is ALWAYS 100% transparent and it feels like they truly care about the growth of every person at the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team is the best team in the business and I look forward to being a part of their growth and positivity on a daily basis.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package for loan officers is unmatched in the industry. I did a lot of research after I decided I was moving on from Fairway and Geneva is the best-of-the-best in most categories, but definitely the compensation category.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Geneva is hands-down the best that I've ever seen in my career. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. There is absolutely no one who isn't willing to share their secrets for success and it's just so refreshing to be a part of the Geneva culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is absolutely incredible at Geneva Financial. It truly feels like they care about the success, and more importantly, the happiness of each Geneva Team Member. AVT's meetings each month give a clear and easy-to-understand picture of what the company is doing to achieve greatness.
What makes you most happy at work?
Reaching out to new clients and helping them to realize their dreams through homeownership. My favorite thing about my job is getting an application from a first-time buyer and them being 10x more qualified than they ever thought they were. It makes my day to enlighten them about the process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Geneva has the best company culture because everyone truly feels like family. There's no silo-ing of any sort and the leadership team is always hands-on, which makes it feel like we're all just one big unit looking to grow and take marketshare in this incredible decade of opportunity ahead of us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is 100% hands-on. At two of my former companies (Zillow, Fairway), the leadership teams are portrayed as these "untouchable" people who don't have time to listen to your feedback or concerns, At Geneva, it's a total 180 of that and the full management team has boots on the ground
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is absolutely incredible. Our Branch Manager, Breton, is one of the most positive and uplifting guys that I've ever been around in my life. He helps to guide the good energy and rarely brings up anything negative. The rest of the team are a group of all-stars with so much experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is made up of some of the best people on the planet. Breton MacDonald has done an INCREDIBLE job putting together some of the best minds in the business and I look forward to each one of our "MONEY TEAM MASTERMIND" sessions that occur AT LEAST 3 times per week. Absolutely incredible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is absolutely the best thing about my day! Everyone picks each other up and gives advice on an hourly basis and it's just incredible. Each morning is started with our Underwriter sending out a message of positivity along with the daily agenda for the team. The best team I've ever been on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has the "we can do this together" attitude. There is no one who does silo-ing or any non-sense like that. EVERYONE is willing to share and grow together, which is an EXTREMELY rare trait in a company this size. It all stems from the leaders in the company and the example they all set.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing the I have the backing of Geneva Financial and the great people on the team here. I have never been more proud to wear a company name (Trying to acquire more clothes from the store as we speak). I look forward to sharing with other people where I work and how great it is. That makes me happy
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package as an LO is more than fair. I am able to use my commission to help the client out if/when needed as well. This was not the case with any other company I've worked for in the past and it's just another reason why Geneva is the best place for an LO to work in the industry today
