Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I hate it here. I'm not sure why I haven't been fired.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

With new leadership, this company has the potential to significantly help a lot of people. I had hoped that the "be a good human" motto was real, but it only serves to make the sales side money.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Increase PAY. Increase SALARY. Increase WAGES.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Learning the phrases; "Thank you" or any variation of "good job".

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

HIGHER PAY. The wealth gap between the top and bottom is too vast.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

This company excels at letting people express who they are by how they dress or talk.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers love to be nice to your face but talk negatively about you behind your back.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I would like to see one genuine act of kindness here but I won't hold my breath.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some coworkers are kind, but only because they have to interact with you at work. I don't think any suggestion can be made to force people to be less greedy, selfish, inconsiderate, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Branch Managers are grossly overpaid and overvalued while people in Operations, including HR, Accounting, Closing/Post-Closing, Shipping, Insurance/Compliance, etc. are not paid enough yet have to do all the technical work that allows the sales side to make a lot of money.

What makes you most happy at work?

It makes me happy when I see the super rare instances of "Be A Good Human" actually at play. So far, I've only seen this once while working here. I wish this was more at the center of the company instead of money money money.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers here are fake and dishonest. They pretend to be nice to your face but will avoid interacting with you at all costs unless business-related. People here use each other as a means to an end, all while wearing the hypocritical "Be A Good Human" shirt.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The culture of this company is to exploit others and manipulate those using charm and trendy 'movements'. Notice how the be a good human logo panders to all the current social issues that are trending in the news. I've not seen a single person working here "lead by example" by being good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued due to being paid just enough to survive while TERRIBLE people that are in sales or management are making BANK. These people are unintelligent, yet make all the money. It is not fair, they are not good people and do not have good hearts. They do not deserve their pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The wealth gap is absurd and there is no appreciation. People are working themselves to death so that 2 people can fly around in their private jet. 'Be a good human' is a marketing scheme that makes them millions. The real motto here should be, "The needs of the few outweigh the needs of the many."

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I'm not sure what can be said. How can you support a company that does not give back to the community and only exists to generate mass income for a small group of people? The world is in need of a leader that cares more about the people than flexing their wealth, being the best, or hoarding money.
