The company is great, I think I would excel under a different management style, I have more to offer this company, but I'm being held back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone respects each others views, and tasks. The team is easy to get along with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Marketing, finding ways to bring clients in, and always being able to learn something new.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small team, but everyone seems to truly seems to respect one another, and we are able to work remotely while staying on top of all files.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I find great value in the executive team, However, I want not just to come to work, but I want to excel and I feel that my branch manager is holding me back from progressing. I've ran my own businesses prior, and a certified accountant. I'm being held back, I could be adding so much value.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its not as much the compensation, its the lack of being able to earn more, & taking on more responsibility. (Branch Related) I have yet to reach out to the acquisition reps, but it may be time to do so. I like this company and want to do more here, maybe in just a different capacity.
