Consistent zoom connections with updates on business environment and organization plans. Truth and caring with the ability to have a voice.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having a 401K to participate in. I do think a 401K Roth would be a better solution for employees

Our team is kind, creative, innovative and we all collaborate. I TRUST them explicitly. They are Rock Solid and Rock Stars.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a company of inclusiveness with employees. I TRUST Aaron and Telle. I have access to Aaron and Telle and that is worth it's weight in gold.
What makes you most happy at work?
Creative opportunities to market, learning new products, and feeling confident in this down turn I do not have to worry if Geneva will be there as they are solid.
