that everyone is willing to help each other out to get the job done
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My favorite thing about the leadership team is that they are all so personable. I can chat or call them whenever and I never feel scared or award to talk to them. they never act like they are better than anyone and always want to help
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team and with my role I have the opportunity to talk to lots of people on my team. I can have casual conversation not about work and always know they'll help me out if I need it. Ive been able to get to know so many people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am paid very fairy for my role but I feel like there is a lack of communication specifically for me that there is never talk about my performance evaluation or if there would be potential to get a raise or even if I would ever be able to move up
