I'm new (a little over a year) to the mortgage industry and I consider myself very lucky to be part of Geneva Financial. I couldn't be happier with my team and branch managers. Their support and accessibility is top-notch.

That the leadership team is always accessible.

That it's not a normal 9-5 and I can help clients build wealth through homeownership

That there is no limit to your potential. You are in control of the business you want to do/generate.

That they care about the job and the clients. Truly seem invested and will go the extra mile to help them out.

Support for each other in helping grow, new ideas on how to keep yourself out there and relevant. Again just very supportive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility that was provided to be able to spend more time with family when working from home. How easy everyone has been to get ahold of to remove the steep learning curve. Support.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that when you believe in yourself and show that you will put in the work, my managers goes above and beyond to support you. I've never had a leadership team like this one before.
