What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They really embrace diversity & are always open to new ideas & ways of doing things

My cowrokers and team members are the most positive part. They are fun, kind, supportive, and honest. Unlike the executive level employees.

well paid, understanding management that people have a life outside of work even though our work is unpredictable.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Investment in the people. Realistic expectations for work turnaround so people are not functioning at backbreaking speed and capacity. Keep the people happier and you won't keep losing them.
