The could also improve in respecting employees by honoring approved time off, providing support to employees, and treating each team member with kindness and respect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel that I complete tasks and take on roles that are FAR beyond my job title and compensation level. After open dialogues with colleagues about their compensation, I have confirmed that I am doing far more work compared to my compensation.
