Overall maturity in targeting problems and not people
Transaction issues are unattended, there is a gap and neglect of senior and mid management to address issues related to ops and tech.
It took me time to get used to working here, I was always at large process and policy drive public companies. After a while, I figured out that I would succeed here only if I took complete ownership for my projects plus I had to be much more aggressive in getting things accomplished. That worked.
Respond faster and make things clear
While opportunities to learn and showcase are great, the scope of work and unplanned work items with unrealistic timelines squeezes the employee.
