Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Absolutely undervalued! I work hard and I alot of extra work that is asked of me. But once again when I ask for a raise as my daily work load increases I feel like I need to be compensated fairly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?I work in data entry and my boss Brian Buckley is in charge of the dept. Im in the process of finding a new career. I've spent far too much time working for him and watch my job duties increase year after year and when I ask for the compensation to match the work load I'm always met with excuses.
