The best part about working at Getaway is the ample free time we are provided. In this day and age, it's most common for employers to skimp on PTO but it's one of our biggest values here.

The amount of PTO available in addition to holidays. I've worked in Hospitality for 15 years and never been able to enjoy holidays and PTO the way that I am now able to.

Incredibly fair and competitive pay for my position, better than many other companies

I'm able to afford health, dental and vision insurance to cover my entire family of 4. The coverage is both cheaper and better than what we had before I started at Getaway.

We receive two "Get a days" which are paid days off monthly and 8 "Get a stays" which are free stays at any location annually.
