We all support one another and understand that mistakes happen and there's always a way to repair.

Everyone believes in the company's mission to make space in the world for free time, and lives it themselves. We truly have a great work/life balance, which cannot be said at companies that tout similar values.
We are highly encouraged to truly take our free time away from work. Not just to use out PTO, but to truly disconnect from work and enjoy our free time to do the things we love with the people we love.
Most of my time is spent outdoors in the forest with the relaxation nature provides.
