Review from Customer Success Dept

Mental health program and the savings account

i like what i got for my 2nd year anniversary lots of money

Review from Sales Dept

One of the best benefits that GGA has is the savings account and the savings fund. It is of great help projects that we put on.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Review from Sales Dept

each year I get added more benefits

It is very competitive and based on the job position

Review from Operations Dept

Savings fund, profits sharing and days off

they value my work and time here in the company and if theres any problems we can talk about them

Review from Sales Dept

The extra bonuses and weekly payment

Review from IT Dept

Our weekly pay and bonus help us continue doing our best work

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

WORKING 45 hours a week for 3100 pesos (if you take all of your bonus) is not really worth it

the base salary is quite low, so your paycheck is good as long as you get the your metrics however there's no much assitance on your team leads so achive that goal

Review from Customer Support Dept

I think that we could get paid a little bit more because there are more and more companies each day that offer a better salary.

Review from Customer Support Dept

we do many functions, and I believed we are not rewarded properly

Review from Customer Support Dept

There is no annual evaluation or salary race and all bonuses are always deducted for any reason and vacations are not paid or not given

I would Like to talk about this with My Manager Please. Thank you

Review from Customer Support Dept

I work 10 hrs a Day and all Day l am b2b

If you can be honest and objective with this work and company, and don't add the bonus with all the incoming salary, that's not legal as well

Review from Customer Support Dept

Perhaps a birthday bonus and a more enticing yearly bonus structure

They are always getting reason for remove bonuses or compensations. Also payroll errors are always to reduce compensation

Review from Sales Dept

the paid for the same job a different salary to the members that live in a different states. There is no annual employee evaluations. The employees get more work for same salary. the bonuses are always discounted using excuses. They do not train employees and then deduct payment.

Benefits can improve to compete with other companies.

Review from Operations Dept

I work from home my my salary is Much much lower than the agents in TJ i have to work twice the amount to get what a regular agent gets in TJ on top of that they never do raffles ect for work from home agents

to be paid more at least

Review from Operations Dept

There is a lot of pressure to accomplish goals, having 3 customers at the same time is not good to reach that metrics. I feel overwhelmed all the time. So that is why I belive the compensation is not good enough

Review from Customer Support Dept

We need more personal or less calls, honestly. I'm getting sick because of the level of stress I'm getting everyday. This is madness.

you give your best in customer service and sometimes you are not valued

Review from Operations Dept

A package of health benefits such as medial or dental insurance vouchers, etc.

Review from HR Dept

The profile vs the pay do not sync.

Well, I feel we get paid a salary too low for what it's really worth. I like the company it's very comforting and reliable. But we could get better pay or maybe some restaurant vouchers. I think it should be considered due to the type of calls we are taking they are very high-stress truth-speaking.
