The manager doesn't seem to care about the mental health of the employees. Honestly, she is one of the unreachable people of this company. I had better experiences from people of human resources and other administrative departments than with her. She only talks about doing more and more.
WORKING 45 hours a week for 3100 pesos (if you take all of your bonus) is not really worth it
the base salary is quite low, so your paycheck is good as long as you get the your metrics however there's no much assitance on your team leads so achive that goal

they never train only emails and messages. They do not give time for training , company expects to do training on your day off. The deduct the bonus for not following process in which employee was not train. Always tell customer that is employee fault of not following process

Again, planning, they hire the minimum of agents for a campaign and since the training is not good enough everyone quits.
