It depends on how you report the issue. If you use the Ethics action line and choose to remain anonymous, they will not reach out to you.

Sweep them under the rug. Never investigate properly. Only voices heard are those of long time team leaders. No real concern for employees.

Each group of stores has dedicated HR people. Also it's a Union company, so you have District Union reps.
