It's a can-do attitude that moves quickly to bring new drugs to market at a fast pace.

We get a very good overall compensation package. It is sometimes difficult to find similar packages at other similar companies.

I have a relatively balanced work-life and I enjoy the comradery that I have with my colleagues. A lot of smart and dedicated people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My hiring manager included a lot of interviewers whom I would be working with and was able to get a good gauge to the culture and the expectations of the position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We will have new leadership soon from our new CEO, who brings a lot of success and will hopefully take Gilead to a whole new level that has been missing for a while.
