Interviewers are very nice and kind

No hard questions...they want me to take the job based on what i have done in the past

I had a pretty long interview day, but being taken out to lunch by my future co-workers was the highlight. They were funny and smart and importantly able to look me in the eye and carry on a social non-science conversation. These were people that could (and eventually did) become my family.

My hiring manager included a lot of interviewers whom I would be working with and was able to get a good gauge to the culture and the expectations of the position.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

More engagement when meeting with people. Most people seem negative and not excited about their work

Assign people who are actually interested in interviewing new people

It's a bad experience. TA is leaderless

Reduce the number of interviews and have a better Talent Acquisition team

Get stronger leadership to define meaningful roles

The recruitment model is broken and recent changes make is much worse.

Updates need to be more timely
