- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We live in CT the cost of living is high and I don't believe we are compensated with the cost of living in mind. I've had to take a 2nd job to pay my bills as a single Mom. The demand to be present at work for 40 hours leaves me needing to hire help for my kiddo, This is also a huge gap in the pay.

This company is not market competitive; I took quite a pay cut to join. Scott & Allan both eluded to keeping staffing low and producing more work-you WILL lose people with the low pay and high expectations.

Since 2016, Global Atlantic established a presence in renewable energy investing, primarily through the financing of utility scale and residential solar energy.
Global Atlantic will strive to improve our operational footprint and encourage environmental awareness across offices. Recently, we relocated our NY Headquarters to the KKR offices at Hudson Yards, which has achieved Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) Gold certification. In 2021, we installed touchless faucets to reduce consumption and improve hygiene and prohibited purchases of any Styrofoam office supplies from our providers.
In 2021, Global Atlantic established the Global Atlantic Foundation to further defined our charitable giving program. It provides opportunities to small businesses tackling ongoing dynamic community needs.
