What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Fast changing, a lot of integration, a lot of interesting projects.
What makes you most happy at work?People I work with and projects I work on - I learn a great deal. Continuous learning is important to me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?My leadership team is accessible and understanding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? We live in CT the cost of living is high and I don't believe we are compensated with the cost of living in mind. I've had to take a 2nd job to pay my bills as a single Mom. The demand to be present at work for 40 hours leaves me needing to hire help for my kiddo, This is also a huge gap in the pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would like to be paid more based on my prior experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Stop posting pay levels for NY to job postings-its very misleading. This company is not market competitive; I took quite a pay cut to join. Scott & Allan both eluded to keeping staffing low and producing more work-you WILL lose people with the low pay and high expectations.
