Lack of training leads to increased workloads.

Ability to try new approaches and methods. Big focus on customers and taking feedback to improve.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have been flexible with remote options in this environment but we continue to hire fully remote employees and do not offer options for those employees who have spent years at the company to be fully remote. Forcing people to come in to the office leads to a negative environment.
